A small, expanding, Independent Financial Advisers firm based in Surrey are seeking to hire an administrator for their busy office. You will be working in a small office supporting a team who provide financial planning advice to clients. You will be enthusiastic, conscientious, confident, hard-working and prepared to do more than ad hoc admin duties as processing new business will also be part of the role. Job Duties include: Office Administration; Answering phones Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Filing Scanning Processing New Business; Completing online applications Chasing requests on the phone Data Entry into Financial Planning Software Benefits Full training will be provided by the company, however if you have working experience within accountancy, banking or financial services that will be an advantage.
